Genuinely one of the worst places I’ve ever worked from a leadership perspective. The heads of the company were almost never in the building, and if they were they wouldn’t be there long due to their extended lunches or trips to the gym (one day one the heads was out of the building for 6 hours) It became so well known that many of the teams called them “Vacation David and Dan”. If you start to have a slump or trouble with the work, they will not put you on a PIP or anything of that nature, they will cut their losses and let you go.

The work site was fine, no complaints. However Aline Staffing assured me I would get a full time job as a pharmacist after working there a year. Only one person didn't, and that's because they were a crappy employee. No my case, in fact CVS Health recommended me for conversion to full time after 1 year. So after a year, an offer was tendered in writing. Aline assured me that a thorough background check had been done and I would be eligible for full time hire. Apparently this was done and i cleared for hire.However CVS Health withdrew the offer after I divulged what I had initially divulged to to Aline, which they in turn divulged to CVS Health. So, after working for Aline Staffing for 1 year as a Medicare Part D claims pharmacist under contract, I wasn't hired to a full time position. I don't know where it got fouled up, but I wasn't hired. Aline Staffing did not come through with their promise because CVS Health did not hire me. I was honest through the whole process, and came up empty. I recommend avoiding Aline Staffing and CVS Health because of their HR department. At least 1 year, maybe two or more of my career time have been wasted and they are responsible. They misled me.
