      Company is a great place to work!! Great employees, stability, growth potential, and excellent product. Low turnover, and management that cares about their employees. The work environment that I am in is fantastic.

      Salary above average....not worth it, money isn't everything. I would take a cut to get out of here.

      Incoherent management...several conflicting answers to same questions..."it depends on who you ask" communication is non-existent, silo mentality. Most people treated like cattle. (except the "chosen few" Improvement suggestions/deas summarily discounted
