      Some good people who are dedicated and knowledgeable, willing to work smart, long hours and treat co-workers well

      Cons

      Senior management lack initiative and support for employees, focus on production numbers and not the employee, benefits are not sufficient

      Pros

      The Company truly cares about its people and is focused on growth. Both create an exciting environment with plenty of opportunities for those who care to pursue them. -Great Leadership Team -Strong brands and quality products in an important market -Lots of internal opportunity for advancement -Ability to learn and grow -Competitive salary (and NO traffic driving to work!)

      The company is growing which creates a lot of change. This can make some employees uncomfortable, which can make things challenging at times. -Commute can take a while depending on where you live

      Pros

      The Floor Workers at the Mcbee Plant for the most part are good people, you will always find Moles, snoops, or whatever in such a Crowd, but I believe overall, the Blue Collar workers there are a Good Bunch

      Cons

      Depends on what side you are on, I saw the priority shift as I said from Employee based to Customer based, which is good at first, but I have inside Knowledge that there is a strong environment of fear being propagated there at that plant, people are afraid to critcize for fear of reprisal, I know, cause I was reprised on
