      steady employment on a rotating 2 shift operation paid vacation detail to safety excellent benefits-dental vision-safety footwear allowance sick pay and ltd .union enviroment

      allotment of ppl off on vacation restricted to 3 per day small town warehouse no room for advancement does not replace employees -reducing thru attrition

      Long hours and work require you to physicall get it done by yourself. Hr issues very deal with no feeling for employees work values.very old plant but great location forout door type personally

      I do like my employer, she gave me opportunities to learn, also was willing to answer my questions and helped me improve!

      Cons

      Hope I could have stayed for longer and get more tasks. But other than that, things had been pretty good.
