$1500 sign on/referral bonus. 500 @ 90 days, 180, and 1 year. Stable work. Usually won’t do layoffs or anything like that.

Cons

They do nothing for employees that have been there for a long time. I get a t shirt and a dinner once a year and I guess that’s good enough. They are more worried about hiring new people than keeping the ones they already have.
