Money is alright and benefits are alright according to where you are working can be a good job

Cons

The job is not steady at all sometimes work alot and sometime 4 to 3 days a week the management is poor and constantly looks down on employees like we are stupid i mean we do keep this place running meanwhile we never know what we are working that week

Employees are treated with respect. Priorities are solid: focus on quality products, innovation, and taking care of the customer. Awesome place to work, awesome people.

All good. Employee surveys are conducted and management works to address issues.

Pros

The people here are good people with solid values and a professional attitude. They seem to genuinely care about their employees and their customers. They have an employee cafeteria, a medical clinic and a gym with a professional trainer, on site. They offer flexible schedules and are considerate of family needs and responsibilities of their employees. You'll find a lot of long time employees still working here.

Cons

Pay scale is extremely low. Too much work for not enough pay.
