      Pros

      Upper management is starting to listen to the employees and some of the bad apples are moving on.

      Cons

      A lot of their systems are out of date, processes and they have some not so great project managers.

      Thank you for your feedback. HR sends reminders for employees to make suggestions for process improvement. If the suggestion is administered, the employee will receive a bonus. We have had success with this as some employees have received bonuses. Do submit suggestions. Thank you!
