From the start, my experience with APV was great. The recruiter I worked with extremely helpful and will prep you for success. My interview was very stress free as everyone at APV is friendly and welcoming. Onboarding was seamless and there is direct leadership. Leadership is very transparent and does not micromanage. You are free to get your work done when you please as long as you are meeting deadlines, which are thoroughly communicated. Any overtime done is flexed, so you are not working over 40 hours weeks. APV also promotes professional development within the team leads you work with and outside of the company. They provide funding for professional development opportunities and leadership is focused on your growth professional. My team is all remote, but the teamwork, friendly atmosphere, and communication makes a close knit group even virtually. Everyone at APV are amazing!

My interview and onboarding experiences were very thorough and professional, which enabled me to understand job expectations and company structure. My manager encourages continuing education and I have been provided many opportunities to learn new skills. Senior management is present and engaged with employees and understands the challenges of work-life balance. Their response to the pandemic demonstrated their concern for the safety and well-being of their employees and families. I am glad I made the choice to join the APV team!
