      Thank you for your feedback. We encourage open communication and have an open-door policy for any employee to ask for clarity with expectations. We also have a committee to review employee suggestions for process improvement and to receive a bonus if administered.

      Thank you for your feedback. Our pay structure is based on factors including education, years of experience, and the market of the location at which the person is hired. Increases are based on merit and performance as we strive for excellence to support our clients. The appraisal review process is the time to really speak to your contributions and performance so do not be shy when you write your seld assessment. Appraisal season is usually in the fall and I wish you well as your conduct the review with management

      Pros

      The company is filled great employees who are ready to help. Management is supportive and understanding of employees situations. They work with their staff to accommodate the staff need while making sure that the job is done. The company regularly provides training to their staff. Management acknowledges success and efforts of employees. During this difficult time of Corona virus, they have prioritized their employees safety by allowing us to work from home. In addition, they have provided the tools we needed to successfully complete our tasks.
