Pros

I appreciate the mission of the company, the positive impact we can have on our community through our product, and especially the great people we work with every day. I appreciate the innovative approach to problems and the opportunities to try new things to succeed. I appreciate the flexibility to work from home, and my direct supervisor and ELT member are great to work with.

Cons

APFM remains barely competitive when it comes to pay and benefits. So you get a lot of turnover which leads to loss of institutional knowledge and just makes us less efficient. Targets continue to be unrealistically high, so you can grow significantly and still miss goal, which is bad for morale.

Pros

The opportunity to make money. The flexibility of the upper management. My RM and VP. They are the best. The hours could be a little different. The dignity and respect that we are treated with. The transparency.

Cons

Yes, the WA"s need to be working in the area where they live and take more time to do the referrals. The geographics are very important because of the rivers, sounds, lakes, inlets. Just clicking on the communities is not giving APFM the best advantage of success. There are too many do overs when working with the families for the SLA's There should be a grammar test. There are referrals coming through with names that are not capitalized, punctuation is awful as well as spelling. This makes APFM look ignorant. Give the WA's more time to do a stellar job, they need more time and change how they get paid so they can have more time. The SLA's are having to act like spell check apps. The WA's need to refer at least 3 communities. We are missing out on moves with 1 referral coming being posted when there should be 5 like the old days. It is discouraging to the families to see 1 community. Another reason SLA's and WA's need to be working in their Geographic area is because the 50 mile radius is sending families across water ways that require a ferry ride and families will not be going there. Hope this makes sense. Portland Oregon is the worst.

More time between calls to work on RAs.
