      Pros

      I like what we do in helping families and professionals. I like the team I work with. I like the round table discussions. I like the family type feel with management.

      Cons

      The pay could improve. Base pay is very low. Also, when the commission structure changed it was a negative change. I am doing the same as I did last year and made thousands less this year than last, I made half of what I did last year and years prior. That is a very hard hit. Would like the commission structure to be looked at again and also the base pay.

      Great insurance benefits and remote work

      Cons

      They are constantly changing the role and trying to make you send referrals for Medicaid families which is illegal. If you don’t hit the quota you get written up but the quota can only be hit if you send Medicaid referrals. It’s a dangerous game they are playing because the fines are outrageous if they get caught.
