Pros

I love that when I see the numbers I'm helping my clients boost, those are real families who are getting help. I love the mission and I love the relationships I build with each client as they build their own business. I love my direct manager Stephanie and director Julie. They give great advise and are always there for us and in our corner. We have a wonderful team and I feel very blessed to be on it.

Cons

They are improving this, but I'd love for Home Care to get more recognition within the company. I believe that can start with increasing compensation to match the community side for the job done. We've had conversations about that and upper management seems open to this but I thought I would note it here.

The support from our managers and upper management to help us do our job effectively. I am happy at my job and cannot think of doing anything else. Positive work environment.

Cons

Concerning benefits, negotiating better cost of health insurance. Put the previous comp plan back in place, we are making less now.

I value what we do at APFM and knowing that we are making a positive difference in people's lives every single day. I value my relationship with my direct manager, as well as my team mates.

Cons

401k match could be better. More employee appreciation overall. I think my manager does a great job of this, but would also be nice to see from ELT as well.
