Pros
Decent pay, opportunity to earn a lot of money and the ability to help people is vast.
Cons
Terrible work life balance. Instability in management. I had three different managers in my year of working there due to people leaving/being fired. Not a lot of support options besides being put on a PIP if struggling. Lead generation isn’t not geared toward helping the sales person, there’s more barriers than necessary when getting a lead on a patient. Treats patients like dollar signs instead of people. Employees are disposable if not performing to standards.
