Heavily front loaded, quota is difficult to achieve after ramp period and daily KPI expectations are excessive (65 calls, 35 texts, 20+ emails). Hitting even half your monthly quota makes the company more money than you’re paid in an entire year, yet they will PIP you after 2 months of anything under 50%.
Every single little thing you do is tracked and the recent restructure has negatively impacted the partnerships we have with both our families and our community partners.
