Departments are not all held to the same level of accountability Our data is unstructured causing a whole lot of problems with sales reporting Pay has improved but still misses the mark, especially for top producers Culturally our account management team needs to do more to build value in our product, educate our customers, and hold them accountable for working the business we send to them""
