You get to work from home.

Cons

There is nothing else about this company that is a positive. You will be worked like a dog and treated like garbage. There is a churn and burn mentality. It was great until the new CEO, Larry, came on board. Downhill ever since and they constantly lie. No transparency, you are basically chained to your desk and the metrics are unrealistic. HORRRIBLE. The five star reviews are fake, just like everything else the company will tell you. They only care about numbers. I am telling you right now, don't do it.

The field sales professionals are genuine and hardworking. They care about the families they are assisting.

Cons

The time commitment required is outrageous. There is no respect for employees family life, healthier well being. It is frowned upon to take vacation and religious holidays are disrespected. If you want to enjoy your child’s soccer games, attend family functions on Christmas eve or ring in the new year with your loved ones , don’t take this job! It is not allowed.

Micromanage, rate every call you make, have ability to hear what’s going on in your home when you are logged in through your headset, RAISED QUOTA TWICE during pandemic, required to follow a script, required to ask permission to give customers info out to other companies
