      Great Peer to Peer culture and environment. Some positions allow you to WFH

      Cons

      Pays below national average across all jobs Says they are transparent, but are not - waves of workload without any indication of changes Bad communication from leadership down. False sense of safety and growth opportunities. This company is a stepping stone for employees as there is minimal upward mobility

      Pretty much everything. They don't care about you at all. They see you as a dollar sign and that's it. Impossible goals to meet. Overall a terrible place to work.
