Very rewarding! To help a family who is so overwhelmed by discharge planners, social workers and all kinds of communities in the area. We help them narrow down the best options based on level of care need, budget and location; saving them so much frustration and legwork. I have a very supportive RM and team; I couldn't ask for better people to work with. I don't understand all the negative reviews I read.
Cons
My biggest complaint...truly is the 2 weekend shifts I work a month. It's not that bad and I've always worked weekend in my other life before APFM. I just feel I've gotten spoiled. So yes I work 5 hours every other Saturday and 1 week night from 5-9 a week. Truly not a big deal. It's sales sometimes you can only catch families in the evenings.
