      Pros

      Full Benefits, PTO, Location and Work from Home This company is a tech start up. The original founders built the company up, grew accounts and database. Then sold it and cashed in along with the employees who had company stock. Good experience but limited.

      Pros

      - Some really good people (though a number of those are leaving or have left) - You're in a business that helps people, and makes money doing it - Decent pay, ok benefits

      Cons

      - So-so employee morale where you're just part of the machine and not part of the decision process - If you're not from Expedia or Drugstore, it can be hard to be heard or feel trusted - Poor communications

      Has a great mission and opportunities. Work life balance is great.

      Not consistent with business direction. Too many gray areas. Terrible benefits and not enough employee appreciation.
