      There are some good people at the rank and file level. The company has a good mission.

      Cons

      Highly politicized culture created by the Expedia executives. Terrible benefits package including no 401k match, very expensive healthcare contributions, and no bonuses 2 review periods in a row. Extremely high turnover due to unhappy employees at headquarters.

      ~ Amazing product / service. Our families love us and I feel good each day knowing I've helped someone ~ Top management team. Each person is wickedly smart and my skiills / knowledge increases daily ~ Rapidly growing company and industry. Truly exciting to work here and help shape the future of senior housing ~ Opportunity to make decisions and have a positive impact on a daily basis

      ~ There is a lot going on and sometimes it is hard to stay focused ~ Benefits could be better, especially healthcare

      Monthly corporate meetings give you insight into company goals Company events - holiday party, summer picnic, etc Annual reviews Good management

      Cons

      Lots of change, but going in the right direction. This is a fast paced environment. Wish we had more than three weeks of PTO time and 401k match.
