Pros

The company has some great tools to introduce you to the senior care industry. The computer system is top notch and the staff in the corporate office seem very knowledgeable. It is a fast-paced, ever changing business.

Cons

The company relies solely on the internet leads to determine how many advisors to put in every market. The turnover has hurt the companies relationship with the partners and word has gotten out to the potential partners too! The earning potential given by the recruiters is outdated and not at all realistic for the majority of the advisors except for the larger markets like Atlanta. It takes a good 2 years to build up a base of professional referrals and the miledge reimbursement is only 10 cents! Don't walk......run.

Pros

Austin Offices, great people and used to be a great culture. Flexible schedule, good work-life balance. Friendly coworkers with big hearts.

Cons

Layoffs. When I started here, I loved it. I really did. But it went from 10 to 1 so fast. If you want a company that cares about you, your growth, and their goals then this is not the place for you. There is a total and complete lack of transparency here. In recent months the business and culture both haven taken a huge turn for the worse. Primarily affected the Austin office - Respected senior leaders were fired or laid off one by one for no good reason, large groups of call center agents were laid off with very little severance pay right before the holidays, remaining employees live in fear every day that their job will be terminated, communication to employees is lackluster if it's there at all.
