      Pros

      APFM's greatest asset is its mission and the people it attracts and maintains. I have met such incredible co-workers and thoughtful leaders. There are so many opportunities to be heard, to contribute, to participate - its hard to think there are a lot of places out there that could maintain this sort of consistency over time - while also actively looking to improve. Its a bold place to build a diverse tool kit of skills and experiences.

      Cons

      Pay tradeoff. The longer you stay, the more you lose in market value.
