      They invited me out for three hour interview asked me to do a group exercise a pitch. Also an icebreaker and an individual interview along with a group interview. They completely lied to me about the CSM role being available called me an hour after Iinvited me out for three hour interview asked me to do a group exercise a pitch also an icebreaker and a individual interview along with a group interview. They completely lied to me about the CSM role being available called me an hour after I left the interview and offered me a job that was 30,000 less they originally told me.

      As you are aware, I run the assessment centre group interview last week and I am sorry you felt as though this was a scam. I can assure you, this was not the case and I am sincerely disappointed that this is your view. As you are aware, we interviewed a number of candidates over the 2 days for both SDE and CSM positions. We only had a number of positions available and unfortunately, whilst you were found to be an appointable candidate, you did not score the highest and unfortunately, we no longer had any CSM positions vacant. We did however like you as a person, including your experience and it was felt as though you could add some real value to our business hence why we wanted to give you the opportunity to accept an alternative position. This would have been a mechanism for you to transition into a potential CSM vacancy in the future without the need for you to reapply. I trust this outlines the situation. Many Thanks Charlotte

      Backstabbing, double talking. Overworked and underappreciated. Office folk get all the benefits and the warehouse worker's get the crumbs.
