Do not walk but RUN from any opportunity with A-SAFE. When I say that this is the worst company I have ever worked for, it's not just my opinion. It should be the company motto. I knew I made a mistake working here when the sales coach was literally encouraging employees to start interviewing with other companies due to poor leadership and inconsistent messaging. This is one of those places that will constantly ask employees for feedback, but if you disagree with the way things are running they will find a way to get rid of you. The most toxic company culture I have ever been a part of. They try to instill fear as a leadership tactic so everyone is constantly wondering when they will be next on the chopping block. Ownership has no idea how to run a company, so every few months they make changes without any kind of real vison or direction. If you do feel stuck here, use your time to start updating your resume and find somewhere else that actually values their people.

HR is unprofessional and gossips alot on the sales floor with other leaders and employees. Its like highschool some days. Commission structure changes. Local leadership seems like they dont know what they're doing and most times its the blind leading the blind. Qualified people often overlooked for advancement opportunities. Alot of turnover very often.
