Pros
The product is the best on the market, the innovative mindset of the R&D makes the product head & shoulders above the competition.
Cons
A very toxic sales office, poorly managed from the top down, it's very uncomfortable for a new starters coming in. A micro-managing tactic applied throughout the company, more so in the sales department, no focus on individual goals/targets more so on day to day activity, no real useful feedback given and very little motivation within the "team"
