Inspiring Cultural Transformation: A-SAFE has truly transformed its workplace culture, providing employees with a range of perks and benefits that make the overall experience highly rewarding. I've witnessed this positive change firsthand and appreciate the efforts made to enhance our work environment. Exciting Growth Opportunities: A-SAFE fosters a culture of initiative and ownership, giving employees the chance to spearhead their own projects and pursue their passions. This level of empowerment has allowed me to grow both personally and professionally. Directors who Value and Support: The directors at A-SAFE have consistently shown their support and appreciation for the hard work and dedication of their employees. Please note that these points reflect my personal experiences and perspectives within the company, and individual experiences may vary.

Cons

Ambiguity in Upscaling: As A-SAFE continues to expand its business, there can be moments of ambiguity and uncertainty. The fast-paced nature of growth may sometimes create challenges in terms of clear direction and communication, which can be daunting for some employees. Economic Uncertainty: Like any business, A-SAFE is not immune to economic fluctuations and external factors that can impact stability. Changes in the economic landscape can introduce uncertainty, making it necessary for employees to adapt and navigate through potential challenges. Not Everyone Overcomes Uncertainty: While A-SAFE strives to provide support and opportunities, it's important to acknowledge that not all individuals may successfully navigate the uncertainties that arise. The ability to overcome such challenges can vary among employees, and some may find it more difficult to adjust to changing circumstances. Please note that these points highlight potential drawbacks and challenges that can occur in an upscaling business. They do not reflect a universally negative experience but rather acknowledge the complexities that can arise in such situations.

Pros

Flexi hours, can't thing of anything else.

Cons

Worst management I've ever come a cross, HR are up the managers backsides and never look out for the employees so don't even think about going to them for advise, you will be sacked for it. The bullying at this place is awful, you are made to feel your job is on the line all the time. The turn over of staff, well some don't even last a full day in the factory and its common knowledge that everyone is nervous the week before Xmas due to the Xmas cull.

Pros

Flexi start finish times are great meaning can get work for early and finish early the holidays are kind and the fact you can buy and sell them

Cons

Higher management bullying and just a joke how they get away with it such good staff always leaving as nothing will change if they kept the good staff and got rid of 1 or 2 in higher management they could go so far pay is just a joke for those who work hard and the ones who do nothing at all get loads more money
