- Great management -All uniform and PPE paid for and provided when starting and gets replaced every year - High standards in regards to safety - Great Working environment -Birthday lunches and cake -Onsite parking and security - Friendly staff -Workload is efficient and manageable

People who you work with are down to earth and easy to get along with.

Cons

Lack of management which hinders your ability to progress in the company. Flexible working non existent in UK, and no other perks available. Work is repetitive and becomes dull.
