Pros

It is fair to say that upper management including human resource are consistent with their hypocrisy.

Cons

How ironic that the agency is all about the prevention of domestic violence, abuse and intimidation..etc.. when in fact the officers of the agency PROMOTE abuse and intimidation to their staff. The high turn over speaks for its self.
