Great staff to work alongside, hour of paid lunch, generous leave time

Cons

I was told my first day the place was a mess and that I would soon be able to see just how bad it was. I chose to be open minded, however, they were right. There is no support or direction for staff. There is no training on what to do or what is expected. There is a constant micromanagement from higher ups who have no idea the actual work that is being done. I could go on and on… just don’t work here. Jobs are insecure do to failing grants and constant change of staff.
