I enjoyed working with the distance students and faculty.

Cons

I thought the university counsel and administrators had unethical practices. The HR staff sucked! I would not recommend working here to anyone! Run away!!

A.T. Still University Response

Effective January 1, 2018, ATSU adopted a new bachelor's degree completion bonus for full time employees. In addition, ATSU offers a 50% tuition discount for degrees awarded at the University for employees.

Benefits are decent, campus is nice.

Cons

Don't feel valued, management of workload is not fairly distributed. There is too much chaos to ever find common ground or get answers in this regard. Favoritism runs deep here.
