Horrible management at the top that uses shady practices. Nepotism and cronyism are valued over employee skill and experience. No transparency. Coercive leadership styles are the norm.

Cons

Terrible pay, no pay increases, short staffed, overworked, consistently taking away perks, made to drive into the office for a job that could be done at home.
