A&A has been home for quite some time. It has been a consistent factor in providing for my family through changing and uncertain times. Grateful to work for a company where family matters.

Pros
The company has grown to be a national player in the janitorial space, but still has a family feel. For me, I enjoy having access to management and even the CEO. It provides a feeling that I can make a difference and that my voice can be heard.
Cons
Some people may see high expectation and accountability as a con. I see it as a no nonsense approach.
