The company is continuously bringing on new valued employees and are quick to make those feel at home and part of the family. Employee feedback and participation is sought after, and they do their best to support the front-line worker, both in performing their work and in their overall development.
Cons
With a rapidly growing company, there are challenges to face from time to time. The going can get tough, but we persevere. To say that these don't include a bad day or two, would be a lie. I'm not sure where this is not the case.
