Cons

The work comes in waves, so it is often difficult to anticipate whether your week will be busy, or if you will be completing menial tasks in anticipation of a larger project.

upper management has no clue as to the needs of the staff a free for all when it comes to following rules and regulations which severely disrupt work flow. management's unwillingness to work with staff for long term planning and strategy.
