Great company to work for. People are very driven - they work incredibly hard and long hours but the work seems rewarding, working on the largest corporate deals for some of the most prominent companies in the world. Great facilities at work - on site gym and health facilities along with doctors, dentists, restaurants etc.

Cons

Obviously the hours are fairly brutal - also some teams can be fairly hierarchical with little work delegated to junior members.
