A-dec offers a great place to work. Management care about everyone and offers good work/life balance options. I appreciate the 4-10 work schedule. Family owned.

Cons

Management is slow to respond to market changes. The product development process is sluggish, often as a result of scope creep and decision by committee.

Still Great After 25 Years

Pros

Very friendly and genuine colleagues. The environment of cooperation and caring carries through from hourly to top management. I have worked for five different managers and all but one were excellent compassionate people. Choice of flexible work hours. Family first and good life/work balance attitude.

Cons

As an "old school" manufacturing company the physical work environment is cubicle for staff professionals. Though there are over 1000 employees there is no hot meal service only self serve vending.
