Flexibility of work hours and home/onsite mix.

Cons

Below average compensation, Lack of direction for product development. Lack of resources, human and capital to invest in product development. Lack of clear direction for new products. Stuck in early 2000's product paradigm.

Competitive wages, good benefits including 401K, lots of room for movement and growth

Cons

This used to be a family business that has now turned "Corporate" now that the founders have passed. Some of the management is questionable.

Outgoing Employees but Preferential Treatment

Pros

Majority of the employees take pride in their work and are respectful. Pending the supervisor, they are vested in your future and aid in professional growth.

Cons

There is an aura of forced niceness and deceptive interactions. The expectation of complete political correctness leads to insincere interactions and doesn't allow for transparent discussions. There is an extensive web of family and close friends that work there (especially in managerial positions) which leads to evident favoritism and nepotism. In some cases the company advances employees who have worked there longer and those they are closer with as opposed to candidates that are better equipped for the position.
