7yThank you for your input. We recognize that our current 401(k) employer match can be enhanced and that our stock is undervalued. As in previous years, we will look at the opportunity to improve the 401(k) employer match in the future. We are confident that with the changes we have made in our Sales and Marketing leadership that we will see positive revenue growth, which should increase our shareholder's value. We have recently initiated our monthly HQ Birthday Celebrations which provides more opportunities for our employees to socialize and engage with each other. We will continue to look to ways to increase engagement and empowerment for all of our team members.

7yThank you for your comments. Yes, the demanding and aggressive release schedules keep all of the engineering team very busy. Unfortunately, our industry and the competitive nature of our business requires that we move very quickly. Saying this, we will look to ways to balance out the requirements as we continue to evolve.
