My experience at A2-Ai was frustrating overall. The role I was sold during the interview process did not match what I actually ended up doing day to day. There was little to no training, and no real management structure which made decisions feel disorganized and reactive. Work-life balance is poor — the expectation is to just get work done without much regard for boundaries or long-term growth. The company is fully in-person and not flexible; even asking about remote or hybrid work resulted in some people's termination. Pay is not competitive with the market or for the workload and expectations. Turnover is also very high. Multiple people on my team were fired within my first six months, which created a pretty unstable environment. The work environment is “open-concept” and very uncomfortable with little to no privacy. Overall, not a place I’d recommend if you’re looking for structure, support, or career development.
