Pros

I wish I could write a positive review

Cons

Poorly managed. misleading practices. Pay is below market rate. They expect new hires to know everything. Interviews are pretty bogus too. I had to interview 10 guys even though we already knew who we wanted to give the offer to. Just take the role off the website.

There's always stuff going on and we're constantly building new software and tooling.

Cons

Some of the tech team is fully remote, so you don't get to see them as frequently.
