      Half day on friday , if you're lucky

      Cons

      If on salary you will be expected to work alot of overtime which you wont be paid for. Ok job if you are desperate.

      The people are incredible to work with and very friendly Hybrid work schedule that is ideal for travel and weekends Full-Service Firm where you will have the ability to interact with all disciplines in the design process

      Design and processes standards are not always clearly defined Communication between disciplines can lack intentionality Work load has been intense due to growth, turnover, and inability to forcast hires The pay is going to reflect the design field
