      Too many chiefs, managers are ill-equipped to actually manage employees, promotions based on tenure not skills, good ol' boys club

      The employees are great and the company offers a good benefit package.

      Cons

      Low starting salary 15 per hours. No real marketing other then referrals from P&C agents. Expect to call 200 to 300 current members every month to upsell. Most of the tops agent quit. Underwriting could take 90 days or more for approval. If you apply for other position within company its denied.
