Pros

Friendly people, excellent location and the pay and benefits are great. Managers are all very helpful and supportive. It was a great stepping stone for me. I started at AAA and did not have any insurance experience. I came in without my insurance license they helped me to get my that. Training and support is great. They always make sure you are updated on all products and systems.

Cons

You have to work weekeends sometimes

Pros

The people I work with all the way up to the director are great to work with. Great benefits, Instead of taking a PTO day you can swap schedules with another employee. Incentive is good as long as you are a hard worker. They feed you quite often on busy days. Morale is great for the most part.

Cons

Pay could be better. Spends too much money on new hire training when you can retain the hard working employees with a better pay raise. If the cap is 4% when the fair employees are getting 1%, the hard working employees should be entitled to the pool of 4% not max at 4%. Since the merger budget seems more strict.
