decent pay, diverse environment, teamwork but you remain independent, career growth, good company reputation

Cons

benefits are too expensive, pay could be much better for what we do, some management needs training on how to be ethical, respectful and professional

I really can't think of one pro to put on this review. I have never worked for a company that was so out of touch with their employees. They aren't even on the same page as managers. Totally laughable.

Cons

Management is HORRIBLE. They promise the moon but certainly do not deliver. I would never encourage anyone to work for this company.
