decent benefits in the pension plan, 401 k match and education benefit. Most employees have been with the company for quite some time

Cons

At least 4 managers for every employee. Little opportunity for advancement. upper management buys their own fiction. No growth and little profit over last five years.

Boring. If you have to always be busy, this is not the job for you Marginal pay
