All leaders talk behind each other’s back and you better agree with whose side to take or you will be on the receiving end of the trash talk. HR Leadership is toxic and only friendly when you share the same opinion. Heaven forbid you have a different opinion, you are attacked and ganged up on until you cave in or start crying or both. Every thing you do will be highly scrutinized and every word you write will be reviewed over and over again . You will be so micromanaged and your work will constantly get delayed and it will never see the light of day.
