      The organization is looking at downsizing, I really hope they start with the HR leadership team. There's a lack of communication and transparency. If the company wants to improve, they need to rethink how HR is run and bring in leaders who actually understand how to support people.

      AAA Life is currently in a period of growth and rightsizing our departments and teams. There have been no discussions of layoffs, rather how we continue to meet the needs of our policyholders in a more efficient and effective way. This includes the HR department and putting people in the right places, with the right acumen to meet the needs both internally and externally.

      Good benefits and remote work arrangements, .

      Cons

      This is not a good culture. There is a lot of inequality in regards to compensation and opportunities, and the HR department has close to 100 percent turnover due to bad leadership and practices. They continue to experience high turnover because of the refusal to make all of the necessary changes at the senior leadership level

      A company with great benefits, but struggles with employee development.

      Pros

      Great benefits and competitive pay. The company celebrates its accomplishments with its employees. There is an annual bonus based on company performance. Opportunities to learn are available, but you have to position yourself for them.

      Cons

      Career development is not a priority. Lack of consistent and accurate communication between management and associates. Not enough employees to cover the work in certain areas of the company. Managers lack development. Lessons are often not learned and broken processes tend to be part of the end product.
