The pay was decent and there were some talented employees who were trying to do the right thing.

Cons

Terrible leadership and no accountability. One of the VPs regularly patronized, humiliated and gaslit me when I worked there. This person was constantly changing the goalposts. One day they wanted one thing, and the next day they wanted something completely different. They would make it seem like I was the crazy one who wasn't delivering. Quintessential narcissist.

Management, the job, customer service. Constantly taking calls that aren't meant for the sales area- then you get in trouble for your close rate being low despite people have been transferred or called the wrong number. Such as they call for roadside assistance and they end up on your life insurance line.
