great benefits, no night shifts unless a real emergency, company really does care about their employees and sticks it's own neck out to make sure employees get their bonuses.

Cons

the st. louis office was a little old fashioned. very corporate and very stable. Not a young fresh environment at all however stable.

1. Terrible management that micro manages, manipulates, is deceitful, and will to throw their associates under the bus for political/executive management approval 2. Terrible pay as compared to financial / insurance industry 3. Very poor advancement / career opportunities...many people are stuck in a rut. 4. Most employees nearing retirement age with little or no desire to work and help new employees. 5. Bad attitude expressed by most managers. 6. Unwillingness to provide motivation and direction to help guide new associates. 7. Terrible HR staff that only sees associates on hiring and firing day.
