Pros
Great benefits and competitive pay. The company celebrates its accomplishments with its employees. There is an annual bonus based on company performance. Opportunities to learn are available, but you have to position yourself for them.
Cons
Career development is not a priority. Lack of consistent and accurate communication between management and associates. Not enough employees to cover the work in certain areas of the company. Managers lack development. Lessons are often not learned and broken processes tend to be part of the end product.
